Ian Somerhalder: Men's Health Guide to Denim 2011

I must confess...I am completely addicted to The Vampire Diaries!  I'm a huge 'Damon Salvatore' (Ian Somerhalder) fan, so of course I had to post US Men's Health Magazine's 'Guide to Denim 2011' featuring Ian!  The editorial is similar to that of Ian's own personal style.  According to Ian, he likes to "keep it as simple as possible", consisting of a neutral colour palette..jeans, leather jackets and t-shirts, similar to that of his character Damon!

Winner of Australia's Next Top Model 2011: Montana!

The winner of Australia's Next Top Model Cycle 7 has finally been crowned...congratulations Montana Cox!  Montana was one of my favourites from the very start, so I was excited to see her win.  She has a bright modelling future ahead and the world is definitely her runway..After all, I hear she has been named the best top model yet!  Here's a look back at a few of my favourite images from Montana's Top Model journey, including the amazing December 2011 cover of Harper's Bazaar Australia.

Sneak Peek: Lovers and Collaborators A/W 2012

I was recently asked to shoot behind the scenes for the Lovers and Collaborators Autumn/Winter 2012 look book.  Unfortunately, due to prior commitments, I wasn't able to attend, however I was sent this clip which features behind the scenes footage of the shoot and gives you a little sneak peek at the new collection!  I will be heading to Door 121's press showing in the coming weeks, where I will be of course snapping images of the new collection....can't wait!

Paris Fashion Week S/2012: Louis Vuitton

I couldn't let Paris Fashion Week pass without reporting on the Louis Vuitton show.  This has to be one of the most amazing shows I have ever seen!  Watching it live literally gave me the shivers!  Fashion at it's very best..elegant, feminine, sophisticated, and oh so pretty!  But what really made this show so special, was the extraordinary Louis Vuitton merry-go-round in the middle of the runway.  It was like entering Marc Jacobs' magical music-box....it had to be seen to be believed, which is why I thought I'd post the show too!

Paris Fashion Week S/2012: Chanel and Giambattista Valli

As for Paris Fashion Week?.....Collections and shows were just exquisite!  Designers embraced the magical and mystical worlds.  Mr Lagerfeld created an under the sea fantasy world..seahorses, fish, shells, pearls, coral and even a harp!  Models walked the runway like creatures of the sea, draped in pearls, pretty ruffles, bubble textures and ribbons flowing like seaweed.  However, my personal favourite were the shell clutches!  This is definitely one of my favourite Chanel collections.  Meanwhile at Giambattista Valli, audiences were treated to an adventure around the world.  From python shoes, to fur vests, floral cut outs, metallic tapestry shift dresses, skirts and jackets, animal prints and snake 'arm parties'!  A feminine and pretty collection, mixed with pastels and metallics.  Both the Chanel and Giambattista Valli collections left me speechless!
